Meanwhile, New York state officials are doing all they can to ensure voters displaced by Hurricane Sandy can still vote today. And, yesterday, Gov. Cuomo signed an Executive Order that allows New Yorkers in Nassau, Rockland, Suffolk, Westchester counties and New York City to vote by an affidavit ballot at any polling site in the state.
