Educator’s students sing an anti-bullying tune

Jennifer Kosinski’s first graders at Castleton Elementary School in Rensselaer County put bullies on notice recently, penning and singing an anti-bullying song urging students to stand up and speak out. A member of the Schodack Faculty Association, Kosinski and her students wrote the piece as part of a classroom visit by WGNA radio personality Richie Phillips, who later played the song on-air. The song is a great way to usher in October — National Anti-Bullying Month!

Fabulous song! Fun! Inspiring way to look at bullying. Kudos to the teacher, the students, and WGNA. Who played the guitar?
